How ServiceX handles, processes, and immediately discards your documents and data.

1. Zero-Retention File Processing

When you upload a file to convert, compress, merge, or OCR, the file is saved exclusively in a temporary, randomly isolated server directory. Once the task output is generated and downloaded (or after a maximum grace window of 1 hour), the source and transformed files are completely deleted.

2. No AI Training on User Documents

ServiceX strictly adheres to the Content-Signal: search=yes, ai-train=no directive. We never use, sell, or allow third parties to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models on your documents or personal files.
