By accessing or using ServiceX (accessible at https://servicex.in) or calling our document processing endpoints, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the services.

2. Permitted Use

ServiceX provides automated document transformations, PDF manipulations, OCR extractions, and administrative calculators. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not upload unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious files containing trojans, viruses, or exploit payloads.

3. Document Ownership & Privacy

You retain 100% full ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights to any documents, images, and text uploaded to ServiceX. We do not inspect, claim ownership of, sell, or retain your document contents. All uploaded files are removed after processing.

4. Service Availability & Liability

While we strive for continuous availability and high processing fidelity, ServiceX services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ServiceX and its operators shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from document loss or processing latency.
